These Terms and Conditions apply to all private Antalya Airport transfer bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or direct communication with our team.

- Booking
All transfer bookings must include correct passenger details, travel date, pick-up time, flight number, destination, mobile phone number, and any special requests.
The customer is responsible for entering accurate booking information.
After the booking is received, our team may contact the customer by WhatsApp, email, or phone to confirm the transfer details.
Vehicle and driver details are usually shared by WhatsApp one day before the journey.
Payment
No online payment or prepayment is required when booking through our website.
Payment is made after the ride directly to the driver.
Customers can pay in cash or by credit/debit card in the vehicle.
Card payments are accepted via POS terminal in the vehicle.
The total transfer price is confirmed during booking and is valid for the selected route, vehicle, date, and service details.
Fixed Prices
Transfer prices are fixed for the confirmed route and service.
There are no hidden charges for the standard private transfer route confirmed in your booking.
Extra stops, route changes, waiting time unrelated to flight delays, or additional services may require an extra charge.
Any extra charge will be clearly communicated before the service is provided.
Flight Delays
We track flight arrival times for airport pick-up transfers.
If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly.
No extra waiting fee is charged for flight delays.
The customer must provide the correct flight number during booking so we can track the flight accurately.
Airport Meeting Point
For Antalya Airport arrivals, the driver will meet the customer after terminal exit at the VIP meeting area on the left side, next to the TÜRSAB stand.
The driver will wait with a sign showing the customer’s name.
If the customer cannot find the driver, they should contact our team immediately by WhatsApp or phone.
Changes to Booking
Customers can request changes to their booking by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Changes may include pick-up time, destination, passenger number, vehicle type, or flight details.
We will do our best to update the booking, depending on availability.
Changes requested too close to the pick-up time may not always be possible.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel their transfer by contacting our team before the scheduled pick-up time.
Since no online payment is required during booking, the cancellation process is simple.
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel your transfer.
No-Show
If the customer does not arrive at the meeting point and does not contact us, the booking may be considered a no-show.
For airport transfers, we follow the flight arrival time and allow reasonable waiting time after landing.
If you are delayed inside the airport, please contact us by WhatsApp or phone.
Vehicles
We provide private transfer services with comfortable Mercedes vehicles, including Vito and Sprinter options.
The vehicle shown during booking is selected according to passenger number, luggage, route, and availability.
In rare operational situations, we may provide an equivalent or higher-class vehicle.
Child Seats
Child seats are available free of charge upon request.
Customers should request child seats during booking.
Child seat availability depends on correct information being provided before the transfer.
Luggage
Customers must provide accurate passenger and luggage information during booking.
Standard airport luggage is included in the transfer.
Oversized luggage, sports equipment, baby strollers, or extra luggage should be mentioned before booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are expected to be ready at the confirmed pick-up time and location.
Passengers must respect the vehicle, driver, and other travel conditions.
Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
Any damage caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
Delays and Force Majeure
We always aim to provide timely and reliable service.
However, delays may occur due to traffic, road closures, weather conditions, accidents, airport conditions, police controls, or other situations outside our control.
In such cases, our team will do its best to manage the transfer safely and professionally.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the transfer.
Please check the vehicle before leaving.
If an item is found in the vehicle, we will do our best to help return it.
